Terms for using Proxy Conduit.
Service
Proxy Conduit offers a managed VPN subscription and a free client for a SOCKS5 proxy supplied by you. Managed locations can change with capacity, maintenance and availability. The service does not guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted availability or a specific performance level.
Google Play billing
Managed VPN subscriptions are purchased and renewed through Google Play at the price and billing period shown by Google Play. Google Play handles payment credentials, cancellation and applicable refund processes. Deleting Proxy Conduit data does not cancel a subscription.
Your proxy
You are responsible for permission to use a SOCKS5 proxy you add and for its terms, security and availability. Proxy Conduit does not operate or endorse a user-supplied proxy merely because the app can connect to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Proxy Conduit to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt networks or evade lawful service restrictions. Access may be suspended to protect users, infrastructure, providers or legal compliance.
Security and availability
Keep recovery credentials, device access and proxy credentials secure. Report suspected compromise to support. Maintenance, provider incidents and network conditions can interrupt service.
Privacy and deletion
The privacy policy describes processing. Use data deletion to request removal of managed-service data. Legal or security records may remain only as described in that policy.
Changes and applicable rights
Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated where required. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
