Connection support

Include the app version, Android version, selected lane and the visible non-sensitive error category. Do not send raw exported diagnostics before checking them for sensitive content.

Subscription support

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Include the plan name and a Google Play order reference only when support requests it. Never send the raw purchase token or payment credentials.

Deletion support

Use the data-deletion page with your saved recovery credential. If you do not have one, email support. Manual deletion remains pending until ownership is verified; support will not use weak evidence to delete an account.

Never send

• Passwords or proxy credentials.
• Firebase ID/access tokens or Authorization headers.
• Raw Google Play purchase tokens.
• WireGuard private or preshared keys.
• Raw VPN or proxy configuration files.
• Unreviewed logcat containing endpoints or credentials.
