Proxy Conduit

Delete managed-service data without the app.

You do not need to reinstall Proxy Conduit. Use the recovery credential you saved from Privacy & data in the Android app.

Subscription billing is separate. Deleting data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel billing in Google Play before or after this request.

Confirmation starts asynchronous cleanup. Provider-backed access can remain pending while a maximum 30-minute token lifetime plus clock skew drains.

What deletion covers

Managed Firebase identity and first-party identity-linked records.
Managed VPN peers, entitlements and correlated purchase-lifecycle state.
Provider association, subject access and exclusive provider resources where applicable.
Deletion recovery credentials and unused authorizations.
App-owned local profiles, credentials, keys, settings and diagnostics when deletion completes in the app.

Firebase backups and Crashlytics records can remain for their disclosed provider retention periods. A keyed non-reversible tombstone remains for backup-restore safety.

No recovery credential?

Existing users who never received a credential can contact info@proxyconduit.io. Support will fail closed unless ownership can be verified. Do not send a Firebase ID token, purchase token, password, proxy credential, WireGuard private key or Authorization header. A Google Play order reference may be requested, but an order number alone is not accepted as proof.
